Pregnancy Workout Class

This class is geared towards any pregnant woman in any trimester whether it is your first or fifth pregnancy. I will teach you how to stay healthy and fit through pregnancy using safe exercises. Different levels of exercise will be provided to help meet you needs during your stage of pregnancy. I will help you feel strong physically and mentally while getting you ready for baby’s delivery!

Postpartum Workout Class

@ Magrath Gym

This class is geared towards woman that are 12-25 weeks postpartum. I will teach you how to recover from pregnancy through safe exercise and stretches. We will heal your pelvic floor, diastasis recti, and other imbalances that are common problems for postpartum women. I will get you feeling strong, confidant and ready to accomplish your next fitness goal sooner!

Fit God’s Way Workout Class

This class is geared towards woman with or without children. We will workout together with focus on HIIT and strength building to fix problem areas. Join us before and after class to spend a few minutes discussing how we can stay Fit God’s Way. *Bring one set of free weights and or resistance bands, a yoga mat, and water. Kids and strollers are welcome!
